How to change the footer's text color

To change the text color and link color in the footer, you should edit the element in the footer layout > Design Settings > Custom Colors > Here you can change the text color and link color.

To change the hover color of the navigation links in the footer, you should edit the column contain the Navigation element > Design Settings tab > Custom color > Edit the Link's hover color.
