To translate the theme, I suggest you use the Loco plugin. This plugin can help you do all things easily.
Please read the guide document for detail here: Loco Translate. Below are some common words and phrases you may ask for translation (Mostly relating to Advanced products).
To change Day, Month, Week, and Night, you should go to Advanced Products > Custom Fields > Edit Rental Units (Protected field) > Choices > Change the rental units after the ":" You shouldn't change the rental value before ":"
To change the For Sale, For Rent labels, please go to theme options > Settings > Advanced Product Options > Advanced Product Badge > edit For Sale label, For Rent label, Sale/Rent label.
About the word "All", you should go to Loco Translate plugin > plugins > TemPlaza Framework > Install your language > Search and translate the word [Plugins / Templaza Framework / templaza-framework-en_US.po (author)]
Go to Theme Options> Settings > Advanced Product Options > Advanced Product Single > You can see Office Price Label and Share Label
You can go to Loco Translate / Plugins / TemPlaza Framework / templaza-framework-en_US.po (author) Create your language and start to search and translate the word.
Go to Loco Translate plugin > Themes > AutoShowroom > en_US.po (author) > Create your language and start to search and translate the words.
You can find an option to change the contact vendor title in Autoshowroom Options > Settings > Advanced Products Options > Advanced Product Single > Vendor Contact Title.
(Included Taxes) is a price notice that you can edit the Price Notice custom field. Please go to Advanced Products > Custom Fields > Navigate the Price Notice > edit the default value.
About MSRP, please go to Loco Translate > Themes > AutoShowroom en_US.po (author) > search and translate.
Go to Loco Translate plugin > Plugins > Advanced Product > Create your language and start to translate. Pick the option All %s and replace it with [yournewword]%s. Ex: All%s -> Total%s
About custom field names, you should go to Advanced Products > Custom fields > Edit fields' labels.
For protected custom fields, you should edit field names only, don't try to edit or modify field names, which will mess the site up.

If you want to change the search button text in the filter, go to Appearance > Widgets > Inventory Sidebar > TemPlaza - Advanced Products Filter.
You can see the Submit text on the right sidebar.
To change the phone number "+88 123 456 888" displayed in the detailed advanced product pages, please go to Advanced Products > Custom Fields > Navigate the "Call-to-buy" field and edit the phone number.
About the text "Call our seller to get the best price", please go to Loco translate plugin > Themes > Autoshowroom > install your language > Search and change the text.
To edit Get A Quote text, please go to Autoshowroom Options > Settings > Advanced Products Options > Get A Quote > edit the text there.
To edit the Related Product title, please go to Autoshowroom Options > Settings > Advanced Product Options > Advanced Product Related > Related Title.
